1. DEPALETIZING
Depalletizing of pallets containing glass jars or bottles of any shape, cylindrical tin plate cans or PET containers.
2. CONTAINER PROCESSING
Internal cleaning of empty containers before filling or the external cleaning of sealed containers.
3. FILLING
Metering/filling of liquid, semi dense, dense and diced products into glass, tin plate or PET containers.
4. PRESSING
Pushing downward the product overflowing from the container rim.
5. CONTAINER SEALING
Vacuum seal glass jars and bottles supplied with a Twist-Off and PT metal cap by way of blowing steam in the head space,
6. VACUUM - CAP DETECTION
Machines designed to check the containers for vacuum and the relevant cap.
7. HEAT TREATMENT
Sterilization, pasteurization and/or cooling treatment of previously packaged products (in glass, bag or can)
8. CONVEYORS
Systems used for the connection and integration of the different machines making up the packaging line.
9. PALLETIZING
Palletizing packs or cans alone or palletizing + depalletizing of bulk containers.
